our process is crafted to ensure excellence

one • preliminary estimate

 

The Diamond Millwork team will estimate your job off your sketches, blueprints or measurements. Window and door placements are helpful as well as ceiling heights and any other inspirational ideas. Diamond Millwork will take field measurements if measurements are not available.

two • design meeting

 

You will meet with one of our team to discuss your needs and budget. We will create detailed plans and incorporate your ideas, personalize your plans, and introduce storage solutions. We will guide you through product selections: cabinetry color, door style, hardware, countertops and sinks. You can request accurate 3D drawings from our team.

three • selections finalized

 

All selections must be final 7.5 weeks prior to your install date. That includes appliances, cabinetry color and door style, hardware, countertop selections, sink and faucet information. We will require payment in full to start your project unless you have credit terms. After payment you will be given a final install date.

four • project coordination

 

One of our team will do field measurements if they have not already been completed. Diamond Millwork will work with your contractor and provide information needed to complete your project planning phase.

five • production

 

Your job goes into production. Your approved drawings will be used to manufacture your custom cabinetry. Our experienced craftsmen will use the finest products and finishes.
